Ken Niumatololo is a 1989 graduate of the University of Hawaii.
He joined the coaching ranks in 1992 and has spent most of his
career at Navy, where he was named Head Coach in 2007. In his
first 3 seasons, the Midshipmen tallied a school record 27 wins,
including 10 in 2009 (a single-season record). In 2010, Navy
enjoyed a 9-win season, defeating Army for a series-record ninth
straight time, Notre Dame for the

Dana Holgorsen, Univ. of West Virginia; Topic--The Spread Offense
|

A 3-year letterman at Wide Receiver, Dana Holgorsen
immediately entered the coaching ranks upon graduation from
Iowa Wesleyan in 1993. As one might expect, he has specialized
in offense, coaching wide receivers, quarterbacks and as
Offensive Coordinator. Wherever he has been he has made his
mark, in the form of explosive and high-scoring offenses. In his
last stop prior to arriving in Morgantown, Holgorsen was the
Offensive Coordinator at Oklahoma State. He was named a
finalist for the Broyles Award, given to the nation’s top Assistant Coach, as he took
a Cowboy offense that had been ranked 61st in the nation in 2009 to the #1 spot in
2010. After arriving at West Virginia in June of 2011, Holgorsen had an immediate
impact on the Mountaineers, quickly leading them toward the top of the Big East
standings.

Danny Hope, Purdue; Topic; O-Line Technique

Danny Hope was appointed Purdue’s Associate Head Coach in
2008. He worked with the offensive line and also had a role in
recruiting – two areas where he is acknowledged to be among
the best in his profession. When Head Coach Joe Tiller retired
at the end of the 2008 season, Hope, who had served under
Tiller at Purdue from 1997-2001, moved up to the top job. He had
previous Head Coaching experience at Eastern Kentucky,
where his teams compiled a record of 32-8 in the Ohio Valley
Conference. His 2007 team won the OVC championship and advanced to the
NCAA Div 1 FCS championship game. He was named OVC Coach of the Year,
FCS Region 3 Coach of the Year, and was a finalist for both the AFCA and Eddie
Robinson National Coach of the Year honors. In Hope’s first season at the helm
of the Purdue program, the Boilermakers defeated both Ohio State and Michigan
in the same season for only the third time in school history. Moreover, the
Boilermakers won in Ann Arbor for the first time in 43 years.

Doug Marrone, Syracuse Univ; Topic--Preparing the Offensive Gameplan |

A 3-year starter at Offensive Line for Syracuse (1983-85), Doug
Marrone returned to his alma mater in 2009 to revitalize a
program that had fallen on hard times in recent years. In his first
season, the Orange showed immediate results, with significant
improvement in several statistical areas, particularly on defense.
With their 4th-place finish in the Big East last season, Syracuse
qualified for the inaugural Pinstripe Bowl, held in the new Yankee
Stadium. With many Syracuse alumni in the New York area, the
game was an instant success, as the Orange delighted their fans with a 36-34 win
over Kansas State.

Jerry Kill, Univ. of Minnesota; topic--Fundamentals of Football |

Although Jerry Kill is currently in his first season at the helm
of the University of Minnesota, he brings an impressive resume
to the job. Prior to taking the helm at Minnesota, he compiled
an outstanding record of 127-73 in 4 previous Head Coaching
positions spanning 17 years. In 14 of those years, his teams
had winning records. He is the recipient of several awards
including the 2004 Eddie Robinson Coach of the Year and the
2007 Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year.
