  Ken Niumatalolo, United States Naval Academy

A native of Laie’, Hawai’I, and a 1989 graduate of Hawai’i, where he was the starting quarterback for three years. He was an assistant at Navy from 1995 to 1998, serving as the Offensive Coordinator. He served as an assistant coach at UNLV for three years, (1999-2001). He returned to Navy as assistant head coach in 2002 until 2007 where he coached the offensive line. He was named Head Coach at Navy on December 7, 2007. He is the second Polynesian head coach in Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) history and the first Samoan collegiate head coach on any level. His 27 wins going into the 2011 season, are the most wins in school history. In 2010 the Mids posted an impressive 9-4 record defeating Army, Notre Dame in consecutive seasons.
  Urban Meyer – Ohio State
 
Urban Meyer – Urban Meyer becomes the 24th head coach in the history of Ohio State football. Born in Toledo, Ohio, and raised in Ashtabula, Ohio. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Cincinnati, where he played defensive back. Meyer held a coaching internship at St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati in 1985. The following year, he joined Coach Earle Bruce's Ohio State staff and spent two years as a graduate assistant while pursuing his master's degree. Meyer's first collegiate coaching position was as a graduate assistant at Ohio State, from which he earned his master's degree in sports administration in 1988 He coached the University of Florida from 2005-10. He guided the Gators to national championships in 2006 and 2008 and boasts a 104-23 record in 10 seasons as a coach at Florida, Utah and Bowling Green. He retired from Florida following the 2011 Outback Bowl, a 37-24 victory against Penn State. Meyer has recorded eight or more wins in every season he has coached. He guided Utah to consecutive bowl appearances, including the 2005 Fiesta Bowl, where the Utes beat Pitt. He guided Florida to six consecutive bowl appearances and had a 5-1 record, including a 3-0 mark in BCS bowls.
  Bobby Petrino, University of Arkansas

A native of Helena, Montana and a graduate of Carroll College where he earned All-American honors for two years as quarterback. He started coaching as a grad assistant in 1983 for Carroll College where his father was the head coach. He served as an assistant coach at Weber State, Carroll College, Idaho State, Nevada, Utah State, Arizona State, Jacksonville Jaguars, Auburn, and the University of Louisville. He was named Head Coach at Louisville in 2003, leading the Cardinals to several bowl games including the 2006 Orange Bowl. Named the Head Coach of the Atlanta Falcons in 2007. He was named Head Coach of Arkansas on December 11, 2007. In 2010 the Razorbacks won 10 games and played in the Sugar Bowl.
  Paul Pasqualoni, University of Connecticut

A native of Cheshire, Connecticut, and a 1972 graduate of Penn State. He earned his BS from Penn State, and a Masters from Southern Connecticut State. He was an assistant coach at his alma mater, Cheshire High School (1972-75). His first collegiate job was as an assistant at Southern Connecticut in 1976. He was the head football coach at Western Connecticut State, and Syracuse. He has extensive coaching experience on on all levels and served as a collegiate head coach for 20 seasons. He coached in the NFL as a member of the Dallas Cowboys (2005-07 and 2010) and the Miami Dolphins (2008-09. He became the 28th head football coach at the University of Connecticut on January 14, 2011.
