PLU CREDIT

This form must be completed by personnel seeking professional learning (PLU) credit, formerly call Staff Development (SDU) credit. Approval to take this course must be granted by your school district PRIOR to the beginning of the course. The completed form should be returned to your district’s Professional Learning Department for credit and you should keep a copy for your personal records.
