Advanced Registration Fee: $75 (per Coach)
Late Fee / At The Door (After Feb. 8, 2008)
Late Registration Fee: $85 (per Coach)
Multiple Coach Discount (by Feb. 8, 2008)
Multiple Coach Discount: 5 or more coaches $65
One Day Clinic Registration
One Day Fee: $50
