Late Registration Fee / At The Door	Late Fee / At the Door: $95 (per Coach)
Multiple Coach Discount	Pre-registration for Complete Clinic with 5 or more Coaches of Same Staff: $75 per coach, by February 25, 2009 Pre-registration for Complete Clinic with 8 or more Coaches of Same Staff: $70 per coach by February 25, 2009
Youth Coach Fee	This registration is for the Entire 3 Day Clinic – No One Day Fee Available. The youth registration fee is $65 in advance by February 25, 2009
Late Fee / At The Door	Late Fee / At the Door: $75 (per Coach)
