Full Clinic Advanced Registration Fee
Advanced Registration Fee: $85 (per Coach)

Full Clinic Advanced Multiple Coach Discount
$75 per coach when 5 or more same- staff coaches register in advance

Full Clinic Late (at the door) Registration Fee
$95 (per Coach)

One Day Advanced Registration Fee
$65 (per Coach)

One Day Advanced Clinic Multiple Coach Discount
$60 per coach when 5 or more same - staff coaches register in advance

One Day Late (at the door) Registration Fee
$70 (per Coach)
