SUBJECT: 2008 NIKE Coach of the Year Clinics
The 2008 NIKE Coach of the Year Clinics will
feature twenty (19) clinics nationwide. Enclosed is the 2008
clinic schedule and exhibitors contract. The national brochure
has been mailed to every football playing high school in the
country and is available upon request.
For specific information regarding booth size
and other ancillary accommodations, please contact the clinic
director in that city.
The booth rental for all clinics is $400.00.
Note: There is a discount of $50.00 per booth if exhibitor participates in all
nineteen (19) clinics, and a $25.00 discount for multiple booths at any one (1)
clinic. You should send payment and the National Office Exhibitors Contract
(pink form) to the national director and the Individual Clinic Information Form
(green form) to the clinic director.
EXHIBITORS MAY NOT DISPLAY PRODUCTS
COMPETITIVE WITH NIKE PRODUCTS. Please observe these
restrictions.
We are looking forward to another exciting
year with top speakers and record attendance. You will not want
to miss the opportunity to participate in these fine clinics.
Exhibit
Booth Confirmation: Booth
location will be confirmed one week prior to the
clinic. Each booth will receive two badges to
cover all sessions. ONLY certified
representatives of the exhibitors are entitled
to use these two badges. All personnel attending
the clinic must be listed on the contract.
Please Note: Sporting Goods Reps not exhibiting
are not permitted to register as coaches. Notify
us if any unregistered Reps attend the clinic.

Space & Location: Exhibit
space is approximately 8 x 10. We reserve the
right to assign booths. All locations have heavy
traffic.
One 6’ table, plus chair(s) and an exhibitor identification sign are provided.
(Please indicate on the appropriate form how you would like your sign to read.)
Some clinics include covered and draped tables, others do not. The exact
accommodations may vary from clinic to clinic. When the clinic director receives
your form(s), he will forward you more detailed information.

Security: Guards
are placed in the EXHIBIT AREA. However, all
booths should be secured at all times.
Exhibit
Decorator: Our
professional decorator will be in charge of all
exhibit booths. They will forward a price list
to you prior to the clinic. You are furnished at
no extra cost, a table, two chairs, and an
Exhibit Booth ID sign.
Exhibit
Loading & Unloading: Special
doors allow you to unload near the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor Hotel Room Rates: View
" Fees & Locations " for a specific
clinic.

Door Prizes: Door
Prizes must be approved by the Clinic Director.
2008
Booth Assignments: The
Exhibit Booth assignments for the 2008 Clinic
will be made one week before the clinic. You
will be mailed or faxed booth assignments and a
finalized clinic schedule by the above date.
Additional exhibit booths will be assigned as
space permits.

NOTE: All "Online Registrations" are Final upon completion. If a coach, in the event of an EMERGENCY, cannot attend the clinic, a "Credit" will be issued for next year’s clinic in lieu of a refund.
