Tony Sanchez

Tony Sanchez was named head coach at UNLV in 2015 following a highly successful career as a high school head coach in California and Nevada. Prior to UNLV, Sanchez built the Bishop Gorman HS program into a premier high school program. During his tenure, Gorman finished 85-5 and won six consecutive Nevada State Championships while being ranked in the top 25 nationally each year. His overall record as a high school head coach is 120-26 and his 2014 Bishop Gorman team finished ranked number one in the country. During his time at Gorman, he also guided 34 players to college football scholarships.
